The Vitamins B present in Applied Nutrition Vitamin-B Complex perform numerous functions, all different and essential for the human organism; their dietary intake should be constantly adequate and, despite the fact that they are mostly molecules that can be stored in the liver, in maintaining their state of health their intake must respect first of all the recommended rations and secondly also the individual needs.
B vitamins are important nutrients for our body. These are water-soluble, thermolabile and photosensitive vitamins. For this reason, the methods of cooking and storing food can significantly reduce their presence in foods, already lacking in modern industrialization.
Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue in addition to normal energy metabolism.
Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, biotin and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Biotin and Folic Acid contribute to normal psychological function.
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
Vitamin B6, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12 contribute to the normal metabolism of Homocysteine.
Dosage
Take 1cps per day after meals.
