Cissus Quadrangularis

Passion fruit extract
This is a flavonoid-rich dietary supplement that provides comfort to joint pain. One study tried to reduce pain and stiffness by 18-20% after 60 days of taking 150 mg of this ingredient. The study concluded that passion fruit extract substantially alleviated the symptoms of osteoarthritis by providing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Boswellia serrata
